Family Resource Center Of North Texas

is to strengthen and support families

across the lifespan.

Through our varied programs, we:

• Encourage parent involvement in every aspect of their child’s life
  
  
• Enhance parents’ abilities to be supportive and nurturing
  
  
• Promote positive parenting by helping parents build and strengthen a support network
  
  
• Advocate the use of community resources

• Strive to reduce the incidence of substance abuse
  
  
• Educate families about the issues and concerns of aging parents and family members
  
  
• Help prevent child abuse, family violence, and other negative family outcomes
